is seeking an experienced Pool Supervisor for the 2026 summer season. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships while overseeing daily pool operations and staff performance. The Pool Supervisor will manage approximately 15-25 lifeguards across 10-20 pool locations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize multiple projects and completing them within the set timeline, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Prior experience in the pool industry is required; however, we are willing to further train the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and support a team of lifeguards Ensure all facilities open and close on schedule Manage staffing needs, including recruiting and onboarding new team members Create and maintain schedules for all direct reports Maintain strong relationships with clients and address concerns promptly Identify and coordinate service and maintenance needs Perform minor service repairs as needed Collaborate with health department and maintain all required health department permits as required by local and state jurisdictions. Oversee pool winterization at the end of the season Qualifications Proven leadership and team management experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Technical knowledge of pool operations (preferred, but not required) Requirements Valid driver's license required and excellent driving record. Ability to travel between multiple locations daily to ensure operational standards and procedures are being followed. Document site visits and communicate findings or concerns to the Regional Manager in a timely manner. Ability to obtain a CPO (certified pool operator) certification.

$1,100.00
