Assistant Operations Manager

Job Summary Manager - will directly work with court monitors, cashiers, and managers to keep eyes and ears on the floor to keep the facility well-functioning. Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure safety of guests by supervising children, adults, and employees Communicate safety rules with guest when necessary Run safety inspections and ensure that the trampolines and park is safe for guests Resolve guest complaints while providing outstanding customer with a cheerful attitude Maintain balance in cash control and deposit safe count Oversee the facility to ensure guests have a positive experience

Qualifications:

Capable of standing and walking for long periods of time Must be able to multi-task First Aid and CPR certified Workplace harassment certified
