Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Check IDs and verify legal drinking age upon entry Control crowd flow and maintain capacity limits Monitor guest behavior and identify potential issues early De-escalate conflicts and remove disruptive individuals when necessary Conduct bag checks or pat-downs if required by policy Ensure no outside alcohol, weapons, or illegal substances enter the premises Work closely with bartenders and management to maintain safety Respond quickly to emergencies (fights, injuries, etc.) Enforce bar rules, dress codes, and local regulations Assist with closing procedures and clearing the building safely

Preferred Skills:

CPR / First Aid Certification Experience in nightlife or high-volume venues Strong situational awareness Team-oriented mindset

Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
