This position plays an important role in providing childcare services for patrons of the city gym. Our Kids Korner Attendants enjoy a fun work environment, with plenty of variety in their workdays. The expected starting hourly rate for this position is $15.25. We're looking for someone who has the desire to provide a fun and safe experience for kids and possesses strong oral and written communication skills. As a Kids Korner Attendant, your duties and responsibilities will include: Supervising and ensuring the safety of children in Kids Korner Answering questions from and providing information to parents Cleaning and stocking toys, equipment and supplies Maintaining accurate attendance records Administers first aid as needed Attending mandatory quarterly staff meetings Applicants must: Possess knowledge of childcare principles and practices Be skilled in the management and care of children Be able to work nights, weekends, holidays or other irregular hours, as required Knowledge of first-aid and CPR The City of O'Fallon is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify
