Job Description
We're hiring Swim Instructors & Lifeguards throughout the Charlotte area—from Mooresville to Rock Hill, and everywhere in between! Flexible hours, real pay, and a job that actually makes a difference. No corporate dress code required. At AquaMobile, we're looking for Swim Instructors and Lifeguards who are genuinely passionate about water safety — people who want to build real skills, work with awesome families in their community, and actually enjoy what they do for work. Why you'll love this job $30 - $60/hour + bonuses + tips + referral bonus ($100) Set your own hours — work around school, another job, life in general Choose where you'll work — stay local, we'll only book you where you want to go We handle client finding and booking — you just show up and teach Build real relationships — you actually get to know your students in privates or semi-privates What you'll actually do Teach swim lessons and/or lifeguard at private homes and condo pools Make water safety feel fun, not scary — for kids and adults alike Be the kind of instructor families talk about for years (no pressure, but also… it's not that hard when you love it) You'll need Swim teaching, coaching, or lifeguard experience Current First Aid & CPR cert for both Swim Instructors and Lifeguards + Lifeguard certification for those applying to Lifeguard (don't have these yet?
