out of 5 stars The Summer Pool Lead is a seasonal position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the YMCA aquatic facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for members and guests. This role provides leadership to lifeguards and aquatic staff, ensures compliance with all safety regulations, and supports the Aquatics Director in maintaining high operational and safety standards. The Pool Supervisor also assists in staff scheduling, training, and facility maintenance to promote a positive and engaging aquatic experience.
