Supervisor Pool Professionals of the Carolinas - 3.0 Raleigh, NC Job Details Part-time | Full-time $18 - $22 an hour 16 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Lifeguard Training Certified Pool Operator Outdoor work Hiring Staff training Full Job Description This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a team setting where individual responsibilities contribute to overall team success. It is also a great fit for college students seeking seasonal work with opportunities for leadership, hands-on experience, and flexible scheduling during the off-season. Job duties will vary depending on the season and will primarily involve field work, so the ability to work in all weather conditions is essential. This is a full-time position during the summer season and may be either part-time or full-time during the winter season. The primary in-season months are March through September. Responsibilities Winter / Spring Clean pools and pool decks Maintain proper pool water chemistry Report major repairs and complete minor repairs as needed Prepare facilities for inspections Train staff Assist with hiring Summer Manage and train staff Deliver supplies Assist with hiring Communicate with clients Complete administrative tasks as assigned Desired Qualifications Lifeguard Certification Lifeguard Instructor (LGI) Certification Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Wake County Certified Pool Operator (WCPO) Applicants who do not currently possess the certifications listed above will be expected to obtain the following within the specified timeframes: CPO and WCPO certifications within 60 days of hire Lifeguard Certification within 90 days of hire LGI certification is preferred but negotiable. Physical Requirements Must be able to regularly lift between 50-100 lbs.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
