Ideally, candidates will possess strong swimming skills, a commitment to maintaining a safe environment, and the ability to provide excellent guest services. This role involves monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, and performing rescue operations when necessary. We are looking to hire people who can work weekday hours (between 9AM and 5PM) and some weekends, if interested. Responsibilities Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all patrons. Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment. Perform rescues and administer first aid as needed. Conduct regular pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning and chemical balancing. Provide exceptional guest services by assisting patrons with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. Maintain a clean and organized pool area, including equipment and facilities. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on lifeguarding techniques and emergency procedures. Skills Lifeguarding and CPR/First Aid/AED training is required. Proficient in swimming with lifeguard experience preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for equipment handling and maintenance tasks. Experience in pool maintenance and cleaning practices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills for effective guest interactions. Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond swiftly in emergency situations. •
