• Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all pool visitors.

The ideal candidate will be dedicated to maintaining a safe environment, providing excellent guest services, and performing routine pool maintenance. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, promoting safety and fun for all guests. We would prefer someone who has thier lifeguard certification, but are willing to train as needed. Responsibilities Monitor pool area continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as needed Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including pool cleaning and debris removal Conduct regular pool maintenance checks to ensure water quality and equipment functionality Assist guests with questions, provide guest services, and ensure a positive experience Perform heavy lifting tasks related to pool supplies or equipment when necessary Ensure proper operation of pool facilities and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues Performs equipment checks and ensures appropriate equipment is available as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid lifeguard certification with current CPR and First Aid training or are willing to obtain certification. Prior lifeguard experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates Swimming proficiency with the ability to perform rescue techniques effectively Knowledge of pool maintenance and cleaning procedures is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with pool upkeep Strong observation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain alert for extended periods Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
