Pool Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Pool Supervisor to oversee the operations of our pool facility at the Atlantic Palace. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, customer service, and supervising, ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Position is a seasonal position. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day pool operations, including staff supervision and scheduling
• Ensure the pool area is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
• Provide exceptional guest services and address any inquiries or concerns promptly
• Oversee shift management and coordinate activities to optimize guest experience
• Collaborate with other departments such as events management and restaurant services for seamless operations
• Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports as needed
• Must have a valid CPO Experience
• Previous experience is required.
• Strong background in customer service and guest relations
• Proven ability in supervising staff and managing teams effectively
• Familiarity with report writing and maintaining operational documentation
• Knowledge of pool safety regulations and best practices
