Responsibilities Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all guests and swimmers. Administer first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations. Conduct regular swimming assessments and enforce pool rules. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pool area, including pool cleaning and maintenance. Provide excellent guest services by assisting patrons and answering inquiries. Participate in ongoing lifeguard training to stay updated on safety protocols and techniques.
