What We Offer (Rewards)

Transparent Pay:

Competitive starting wage of $17.00/hr, with higher starting rates for previous lifeguard/EMT experience. You will also have ample opportunities for multiple raises throughout the summer.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities) Supervise swimming activities to ensure all safety procedures, policies, and guidelines are consistently followed. Monitor weather conditions and evaluate the water to maintain a safe outdoor environment for guests. Perform water rescues, administer CPR and First Aid, and initiate emergency action plans as trained. Work collaboratively with your team and communicate effectively with the public. What You Need (Requirements)

Age Minimums:

Must be at least 15 years old for pool lifeguard positions, or at least 16 years old for oceanfront lifeguard positions.

No Experience Necessary:

We welcome first-time job seekers! A positive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn are the most important qualifications.

Physical Requirements:

Must possess strong swimming skills and the physical capability to pass prerequisite swim training.

Availability:
