Needed Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our Lifeguard team. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests at the pool. If you have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional guest service, we want to hear from you! We have pools throughout

Monmouth County, Northern Ocean County and Eastern Middlesex County Responsibilities:

Monitor and supervise pool area to ensure the safety of all guests Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents Perform water rescues and administer first aid/CPR when necessary Conduct regular inspections of the pool area for cleanliness and safety hazards Assist with pool maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and chemical testing Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns

Experience:

Must hold and present a current and valid Lifeguard certification. Employment is contingent on applicants holding a current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification. (Other NJ state approved lifeguard certifications may be considered after management review) •Lifeguard Training is available through Alta Aquatics, or we will assist you in finding an approved training course outside our organization•Good swimming skills and ability to perform water rescues Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to administer CPR Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to the safety and enjoyment of our guests, please apply with your resume.
