This position will report to the Director of Food and Beverage/Executive Chef. He or she will be responsible for supervising service staff as well as bartenders in the day-to-day operations of the pool in order to uphold the service standards of the North Jersey Country Club. This individual will work closely with the Food and Beverage Director/Executive Chef, Clubhouse Manager, and Dining Room Manager in order to ensure that members' needs are met, and staff is kept on task. This position requires a results-oriented individual. This seasonal position is available starting at the end of April and ends in early September.
