Lifeguards - Summer Season

Lifeguard - Starting at $23.80 per hour; higher rates depending upon certification and title Responsibilities include: Performs skilled safety work in monitoring swimmers at ocean and bay locations Observes and pays close attention to swimmers that may show signs of being in distress Rescues swimmers when in distress; administers first aid and/or CPR, if necessary Maintains order and enforces regulations at all beach locations Possesses certifications as required by the Town of East Hampton May attend pre-season training to obtain required certifications Performs all work under the supervision of a Senior Lifeguard or higher; does related work as required Category Part Time Status Open Salary Starting at $23.80 per hour Posted April 1, 2026 9:00 AM Closing Open Until Filled
