Duties Monitor pool areas continuously to ensure safety and enforce facility rules effectively Respond swiftly and confidently to emergencies using first aid and CPR techniques, providing immediate assistance when needed Conduct regular pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning and equipment checks to maintain optimal water quality and safety standards Deliver engaging swim lessons tailored to various skill levels, encouraging progress and confidence in swimmers of all ages Assist with pool cleaning duties including skimming, vacuuming, and maintaining cleanliness of surrounding areas Provide friendly guest services by answering questions, offering guidance on pool activities, and creating an inclusive environment for all visitors Perform routine inspections of safety equipment and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times Qualifications Proven lifeguard experience with current certification in CPR and First Aid from a recognized organization Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescue techniques confidently under pressure Experience in pool maintenance, cleaning, or related tasks preferred Ability to lift heavy equipment or supplies as needed for pool upkeep or emergency situations Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of pool safety protocols and basic facility maintenance procedures Prior experience as a swim instructor or teaching certification is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey where safety meets fun!
