Lifeguard Luxury Fitness & Pool Operations

We are seeking highly skilled and certified lifeguards to join our team at a luxury fitness and pool facility. This is an opportunity to work in a refined, professional environment, where your role will include maintaining the highest standards of service and safety for our residents and guests.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of pool operations, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all patrons. Monitor pool water chemistry and filtration systems, ensuring full compliance with Department of Health regulations. Provide prompt emergency care, including CPR and first aid, while maintaining constant vigilance for potential safety risks. Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting residents with inquiries and coordinating aquatic lessons and activities. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of pool areas and equipment to meet the highest standards of safety and presentation. Assist with organizing and managing special events at the pool and collaborate with other FitLore teams to deliver a seamless resident experience.

Qualifications:

Valid Lifeguard and CPR/AED certifications (American Red Cross or American Heart Association). Strong swimming abilities, with a minimum of 1 year of lifeguarding experience preferred. A proactive, customer-centric approach, with the ability to handle responsibilities efficiently and professionally. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
