Responsibilities Conduct engaging swimming lessons and water safety courses tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels Supervise pool activities to ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for all participants Enforce safety rules and monitor swimmers to prevent accidents or emergencies Demonstrate proper swimming techniques, rescue procedures, and CPR when necessary Collaborate with team members to plan age-appropriate sports coaching sessions such as basketball or cheerleading Manage behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and clear communication Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool areas, equipment, and instructional materials Requirements Prior experience as a Lifeguard or Water Safety Instructor is highly preferred Strong background in sports coaching, teaching, or physical education including swimming, martial arts (Karate, Judo), climbing, or gymnastics Experience working with children or students in educational or childcare settings Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support safe learning environments Certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, First Aid and Water Safety Instruction Demonstrated skills in teaching physical activities such as basketball, cheerleading, or martial arts are advantageous Passion for promoting water safety and healthy lifestyles through engaging instruction Join us in creating a safe and inspiring aquatic experience!
