Part-Time / Full-time / Seasonal Position Summary The Cleveland Yachting Club is seeking responsible, attentive, and safety-focused Lifeguards to join our team for the upcoming season. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our members and their guests at the pool and waterfront areas.
MUST BE LIFEGUARD CERTIFIED OR ABLE TO GET CERTIFIED.
Key Responsibilities Monitor pool and waterfront areas to ensure the safety of all members and guests Enforce all club safety rules and regulations Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies Administer first aid and CPR when necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck and surrounding areas Provide excellent, friendly service to members and guests Qualifications Current Lifeguard Certification through American RedCross CPR/AED and First Aid Certification Strong swimming skills and physical fitness Ability to remain alert and professional at all times Schedule & Availability Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays Seasonal position with opportunities for additional hours during peak periods Why Join Us?
