Summer/Fall Lifeguard

Situated on 155 acres, the club offers a world-class 18-hole golf course, an Olympic-sized pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, multiple dining venues, and a full-scale events facility. Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated Summer/Fall Lifeguards to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our members and guests at our Olympic-sized pool. These positions will cover all pool hours through Labor Day and select weekends in September. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about water safety, guest service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming aquatic environment. Responsibilities Monitor pool activity to ensure all guests adhere to safety rules and regulations Respond promptly to emergencies with appropriate first aid and CPR techniques Enforce pool policies to maintain a safe environment for all swimmers Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical checks, and equipment inspections Assist with pool setup, including opening procedures and closing duties at the end of the day Support guest services by providing friendly assistance and information about amenities Conduct regular inspections of pool area, deck, and surrounding facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met Experience Previous lifeguard experience preferred; certification in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid required Knowledge of pool maintenance, cleaning procedures, and chemical handling is a plus Ability to swim confidently in open water environments Capable of heavy lifting related to pool equipment or supplies as needed Strong guest service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Join our dynamic team as a Summer/Fall Lifeguard to help us deliver safe, enjoyable aquatic experiences! Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
