  • 6:00 pm and some after-hours special events; Shifts vary depending on availability.

Not required Position Introduction Provides lifeguarding, life safety support, and customer service. Maintains concentrated observation of swimmers in duty area in order to anticipate problems. Enforces all policies and regulations; and participates in regular in-service trainings. Required Experience Must be able to swim a minimum of 300 yards using front crawl and breaststroke. Must be able to surface dive to a depth of between nine and thirteen feet of water to retrieve a ten-pound brick and exit the pool unassisted without using the ladder. Must be able to lift no less than 30 pounds. Must be able to respond in an emergency at any time. Required Certifications and Licenses Current Lifeguard Certification.
