M-F 9 a.m•8 p.m. Shifts vary depending on availability.

Position Introduction:
Teach swim lessons for children and adults. Enforce all policies and regulations and participate in regular in-service training. Preferred candidates have the availability to begin work in May 2026.
Required Education and Experience:
None.
Skills:
Must be able to swim 50 yards each of the following strokes: front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, side stroke, elementary backstroke, and butterfly. Must be comfortable teaching and responding to questions regarding the American Red Cross Learn to Swim Program. Must be able to respond in an emergency at any time.
Required Certifications and Licenses:
Current American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification.
Department Preferences:
Must be able to lift no less than 30 pounds. Must be able to demonstrate and teach each of the following swim strokes: front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, side stroke, elementary backstroke, and butterfly. Hiring Contingent Upon a
