In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of swimmers, maintaining pool facilities, and delivering exceptional guest services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors during peak seasons, promoting health, safety, and fun for our community. Additional hours will be available for private pool parties and other special events. Responsibilities Monitor pool areas continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies with first aid and CPR as needed Perform routine pool cleaning tasks such as skimming debris, vacuuming floors, and maintaining water clarity Inspect safety equipment regularly and report any deficiencies or hazards Support overall pool area upkeep by managing heavy lifting tasks related to pool supplies and cleaning tools Qualifications Proven lifeguard experience with current certification in CPR and First Aid Ability to swim confidently in various water conditions Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures and basic cleaning techniques Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasonal periods Prior experience in pool cleaning or maintenance is a plus but not required Must be 15 or older.
