In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of swimmers, maintaining pool facilities, and delivering exceptional guest services. Responsibilities Monitor pool areas continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies with first aid and CPR as needed Conduct regular pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical testing, and equipment checks Assist guests with pool access, provide information on pool rules, and ensure a positive experience Perform routine pool cleaning tasks such as skimming debris, vacuuming floors, and maintaining water clarity Inspect safety equipment regularly and report any deficiencies or hazards Support overall pool area upkeep by managing heavy lifting tasks related to pool supplies and cleaning tools Qualifications Proven lifeguard experience with current certification in CPR and First Aid Ability to swim confidently in various water conditions Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures and basic cleaning techniques Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform rescue operations as needed Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasonal periods Prior experience in pool cleaning or maintenance is a plus but not required Must be 15 or older.
