We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type :

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Responsibilities:

Surveillance:

Actively scanning the pool, preventing accidents, and supervising activities.

Emergency Response:

Responding to emergencies, activating the Emergency Action Plan (EAP), and administering CPR/first aid.

Maintenance:

Inspecting facilities, testing water chemistry, and cleaning.

Enforcement:

Communicating and enforcing pool policies and rules professionally.

Qualifications:

Current certification in Red Cross/YMCA Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED. Strong swimming ability, communication skills, and the ability to act calmly in emergencies. Thursday - Saturday availability required. Regular and reliable attendance.
