Lifeguard/Swim Instructor

Position Summary:

Swim Staff with Future Stars Camp are responsible for the safety of campers and teaching group swim lessons.

Entry Requirements:

Prior or Current certification in: American Red Cross Lifeguard Training or comparable lifeguard certification Knowledge & Skills Thorough knowledge of teaching swimming and water safety skills Decision-making skills Communication skills

Responsibilities:

Familiarity with American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim levels Ensure all class participants are visible and safe at all times Ensure and teach water safety Complete additional duties as assigned by
