Job Description

LIFEGUARDS
Seeking responsible, mature, certified lifeguards. Positions available include mid-morning Monday through Friday and flexible day/evening/weekend shifts throughout the week at the Lebanon YMCA. Commitment, punctuality and people skills are a must. As a Certified Lifeguard, you will be a vital team member responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all pool guests. With core skills in first aid, swimming, lifeguarding, and CPR, you must be prepared to respond to emergencies and provide immediate assistance when needed. Additionally, you will be expected to uphold high standards of safety and cleanliness. Join our team and make a difference by safeguarding the well-being of our pool patrons.
