What is needed for this job: American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or ability to pass the course Passionate about safety around water and strong swim skills Age 16+ The responsibilities we will trust you with: Ensuring the safety and surveillance of all pool participants Understanding and applying organizational safety procedures for the pool deck and aquatic areas Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the pool deck, including skimming and brushing What you can expect: Support from an amazing leadership team Opportunities to learn & grow at the YMCA Being a part of a non-profit organization that works to make the community stronger After reading this, if you're thinking this is great
