Duties Vigilantly monitor swimming areas to prevent accidents and respond swiftly to emergencies using established rescue procedures Enforce pool rules and safety regulations to promote a secure environment for all guests Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical testing, and adjusting water quality to ensure optimal conditions Assist guests with inquiries, provide directions, and deliver friendly guest services to enhance their experience Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment, safety gear, and surrounding areas to identify maintenance needs or hazards Support pool cleaning activities such as skimming debris, vacuuming floors, and maintaining cleanliness of the deck area Respond promptly to first aid situations or medical emergencies with CPR and other lifesaving techniques as needed Skills Proven lifeguard experience with current certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform water rescues confidently Knowledge of pool maintenance practices including chemical balancing and cleaning procedures Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Detail-oriented with a focus on safety protocols and cleanliness standards Capable of working independently or as part of a team Embark on a rewarding journey where your vigilance makes a difference!
