Warm Water Exercise Instructor (Part-time)

Warm Water Exercise Instructor Needed for our Aqua Balance and Twinges Classes This class will focus on balance and flexibility while strengthening your core muscles. Aqua Balance is easy on your joints and will help to relieve stiffness. Being in the water will help improve circulation in your legs as well. Class targets those with mild arthritis symptoms. Monday and Wednesdays 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. and/or 12-1 p.m. Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program (AFAP) certification is required. $10 per hour to start if no prior experience Starts as soon as possible The candidate must accept and demonstrate the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. The candidate must be able to perform physical tasks commensurate with the position requirements.
