Lifeguard / Water Safety Instructor at Summer Camp

Please apply here: https://southamptondaycamp.campbrainstaff.com We are looking for Lifeguards & Water Safety Instructors (WSI) to join our team and make a splash this summer! Our Aquatics Team is responsible for the overall safety of our campers and staff in our pool area, leading swim instruction groups for different ages and abilities, lifeguard duties, and maintaining proper health & safety protocol based on local department of health standards as well as the American Camp Association standards. We have 3 heated pools that range in size and depth to accommodate the age range of our campers, 3-14 years old. We utilize the American Red Cross Program to assess our campers swimming abilities.

Requirements:

Must be able to commit to our full 8 week camp season. 2026 dates are June 22nd - August 14th from 8:30am - 4pm (Closed July 3rd) Must be able to attend our pre-camp mandatory staff meeting on Sunday, May 31st Must pass child abuse and criminal check clearances Must be at least 16 years of age with proper lifeguard certification prior to the summer. •We do offer Red Cross Lifeguard certification courses in June.•Lunch & Snack provided daily! Transportation provided if needed (within range)!
