We are seeking a reliable and motivated Swimming Pool Route Technician to join our team. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing residential and commercial swimming pools on a designated route. You will ensure the pools are clean, chemically balanced, and in good working order.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and emptying baskets. Test and balance pool water chemistry using appropriate chemicals and equipment. Inspect and maintain pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, and heaters. Diagnose and troubleshoot minor pool equipment issues and recommend repairs. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional relationship with clients. Complete daily service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed. Ensure safety protocols are followed while handling chemicals and operating equipment. Communicate with the supervisor regarding schedule, client concerns, and equipment issues.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in pool maintenance or related field preferred, but not required. Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and water treatment. Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic pool equipment. Strong attention to detail and organization. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry equipment as needed.
