We are seeking energetic and vigilant Seasonal Lifeguards to oversee pool safety during peak seasons. In this vital role, you will be the first line of defense in preventing accidents, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a clean, well-functioning aquatic facility. Responsibilities Monitor pool areas continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies using first aid and CPR techniques Conduct regular pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning filters, skimming debris, and checking chemical levels Assist guests with pool access, provide information about facilities, and ensure a positive guest experience Perform routine pool cleaning duties such as scrubbing decks, emptying trash bins, and maintaining hygiene standards Inspect safety equipment regularly and report any deficiencies or hazards immediately Maintain accurate logs of incidents, safety checks, and maintenance activities throughout your shift Requirements Proven lifeguard experience with current certification in CPR and First Aid Ability to swim confidently and perform water rescues as needed Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures and cleaning techniques Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons, including weekends and holidays Prior experience with pool cleaning or maintenance is a plus but not required; training will be provided Join us in creating a safe, fun-filled environment where guests can enjoy the water confidently!
