Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Seasonal Lifeguard and be the essential guardian of safety and enjoyment at our outdoor aquatic facility. In this energetic role, you will oversee pool activities, ensure guest safety, and maintain a clean and inviting environment for all visitors. Your proactive presence will help create a fun, secure, and memorable experience for everyone. Duties Monitor pool areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests, responding swiftly to emergencies with confidence and professionalism Enforce facility rules and regulations to promote a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment and surrounding areas to identify maintenance needs or hazards Provide excellent guest services by answering questions, assisting visitors, and ensuring their overall satisfaction during their visit Assist with pool cleaning duties including scrubbing decks, emptying trash receptacles, and maintaining cleanliness standards Experience Previous lifeguard experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid is required; certification must be current at the time of employment Ability to swim confidently and perform water rescues effectively under pressure This dynamic role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to make a positive impact while enjoying the outdoors.
