This energetic role combines vigilant lifeguarding with proactive management to ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for all guests. You will oversee daily pool operations, supervise staff, and coordinate guest services, all while fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining high standards of safety, customer satisfaction, and efficient management of pool activities and events. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate lifeguard staff to ensure vigilant surveillance of pool areas during all operating hours Manage daily pool operations, including opening and closing procedures, safety checks, and maintenance oversight Lead guest services efforts by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring an exceptional experience for visitors Oversee shift management, scheduling staff rotations to maintain optimal coverage and safety standards Implement and enforce safety policies, emergency procedures, and compliance with health regulations Coordinate special events and poolside activities to enhance guest engagement and enjoyment Maintain accurate records including incident reports, safety logs, shift reports, and operational documentation Experience Current up to date Lifeguard Certification or willing to obtain Proven supervisory or management experience within hospitality, resort environments, or nightlife venues such as nightclubs or event spaces Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams and supervising staff in fast-paced settings Strong background in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction and conflict resolution Experience with report writing related to safety incidents or operational activities Familiarity with shift management, cash handling, and administrative responsibilities in a hospitality or restaurant context Prior involvement in events management or coordinating large-scale activities is highly desirable Previous assistant manager experience or supervising experience in a resort or hospitality setting is preferred Join us to lead a lively aquatic environment where safety meets exceptional guest experiences!
