• Temporary, Part-time, Seasonal Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all pool patrons while providing excellent guest services. This role requires strong swimming skills, a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe pool environment, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. Responsibilities Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all guests and enforce pool rules. Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the facility in top condition. Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, responding swiftly to emergencies. Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment and report any issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including locker rooms and surrounding areas. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on lifeguarding techniques and safety protocols. Experience Previous experience as a Lifeguard is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding is highly desirable. Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues if needed. Experience in guest services or hospitality is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for equipment maintenance.
