This role combines vigilant pool supervision, emergency response and the delivery of engaging swim lessons while providing exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner. Lifeguards and Swim Instructors will monitor pool activities, enforce Club safety rules, respond promptly to incidents, and perform First Aid, CPR and other emergency procedures as needed. They will also conduct swim lessons, track student progress, communicate with members and families, maintain accurate records, and ensure the pool and surrounding areas are clean, organized and properly maintained. This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in aquatics and hospitality operations while developing critical skills in safety, instruction and member engagement. Lifeguards and Swim Instructors play a vital role in delivering a positive and professional experience for all members and their guests.
