This role is responsible for overseeing daily camp operations, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for campers, and managing staff and parent communication. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, leading a team, and running structured programs in a fast-paced sports environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily summer camp operations, ensuring a safe, structured, and high-energy environment for all campers Manage camper check-in and check-out procedures with strict accountability and parent verification Coordinate and direct coaching staff and assistants to maintain proper coverage and consistent program flow of soccer training sessions, games, and camp activities, ensuring smooth transitions and proper age group management Coordinate daily lunch and snack breaks , ensuring campers are supervised and transitions run smoothly Maintain full responsibility for camp safety, supervision, and risk management, including enforcement of facility rules Respond to injuries or incidents and provide basic first aid and CPR support when needed , ensuring proper documentation and escalation Communicate with staff and support parent questions or concerns related to camp operations Maintain a positive, engaging camp culture focused on development, teamwork, and enjoyment Qualifications Previous experience in youth programs, camps, sports management, or education Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving ability Ability to manage multiple kids and staff in an active environment Dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership Must be available for full camp duration (typically 6-10 weeks) Ability to be on your feet for extended periods Required /

Preferred Certifications:

First Aid & CPR Certification (required or willingness to obtain) Background check required
