Pool Monitor (Seasonal / Part-Time)

Executive Sentinels Location:
Frisco, TX Executive Sentinels is hiring Pool Monitors for a residential community in Frisco. This is a laid-back, customer-facing position ideal for college students on summer break or anyone looking for a simple, consistent job. No security license required.
Schedule:
Weekends required Shift options: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM 3:30 PM - 10:00 PM Option to work full-day shifts if preferred
Responsibilities:
Ensure all residents sign in upon entering the pool area Monitor guest access and verify compliance with community policies Enforce pool rules to maintain a safe and respectful environment Observe for safety concerns and report any issues as needed Maintain a visible presence and provide basic assistance to residents
What We're Looking For:
Reliable and punctual individuals Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor Comfortable speaking up and enforcing rules when necessary Able to remain attentive for extended periods
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation Ability to work weekend shifts consistently Why This Job?
