Lifeguard The Aquatics Lifeguard will be an integral member of the aquatics team. The Aquatics Lifeguard will ensure the safety of our members and guests at all times. The Lifeguard will explain safety rules to the members/guests, warn them about unsafe situations, and enforce club policies in the Aquatics area. Greet all members/guest that use our beautiful pool area. Get to know them by name and welcome them with a smile and a friendly hello by name. Friendly and outgoing personality and interacting with our members. Provide member service according to company standards. Ensure that all members/guests are following safety protocol at all times. Work to maintain a safe, efficient, and inclusive environment. Laredo Country Club employees are a team that help one another to improve and get better at all times.
