As soon as possible We are hiring a reliable and attentive Pool Monitor to help maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable pool environment for our residents. This position does not require lifeguard certification and does not involve water‑rescue duties. Responsibilities Monitor pool area to ensure residents follow posted rules Greet residents and verify pool access when required Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, furniture, and surrounding areas Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or maintenance needs Enforce community policies in a professional and respectful manner Assist with organizing or straightening pool furniture as needed Qualifications Strong communication and customer‑service skills Ability to remain alert and attentive Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable enforcing rules and addressing concerns Prior pool monitor or hospitality experience is a plus but not required BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
