In this energetic role, you will oversee pool safety, ensure a clean and well-maintained environment, and deliver exceptional guest services. our community. Duties Monitor pool areas continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents or injuries Conduct regular pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning, chemical checks, and ensuring proper water quality Perform routine pool cleaning to maintain hygiene standards and ensure the facility's appearance is inviting Assist guests with pool access, provide information about facility amenities, and deliver friendly guest services Inspect safety equipment regularly, report maintenance needs, and support overall pool area cleanliness Support with light pool area setup for events or activities as needed Keeping the pool deck clean and organized Qualifications Proven lifeguard experience or relevant certifications in water safety and rescue techniques Valid CPR and first aid certifications from recognized organizations Ability to swim confidently in deep water for extended periods Experience with pool maintenance, cleaning, or chemical handling is a plus Capable of heavy lifting when performing pool cleaning tasks or moving equipment Strong guest service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
