This is a consistent evening schedule, perfect if you thrive later in the day:

MondayThursday:

2:00 PM 9:00

PMFriday:

2:00 PM 8:00 PM(Additional flexibility for weekends/holidays as needed.)As a lifeguard, youll play a critical role in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for our members and guests. If youre safety-focused, attentive, and enjoy working with people, wed love to have you on our team.

What Youll DoActively monitor the pool and surrounding areas to ensure safety at all timesEnforce pool rules and respond confidently and swiftly to emergenciesProvide excellent customer service and engage with members and guestsAssist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized aquatic environmentStay informed on programs, classes, and events to support member experienceParticipate in ongoing training and team developmentWhat You BringCurrent Lifeguard Certification (American Red Cross or Ellis & Associates)CPR/AED and First Aid certificationsStrong communication and decision-making skillsAbility to stay alert, enforce rules, and manage conflict professionallyExperience working with the public (lifeguarding experience preferred)Why Youll Love This RoleFull-time, benefits-eligible position(Medical, dental, vision offered; STD, LTD, life insurance - company paid; and PTO)Consistent evening scheduleSupportive team environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful impact every dayReady to Dive In?
