Party Host (Lifeguard Certified)

We are currently looking to add a permanent Lifeguard/Party Host shift to our team. In this role, your primary responsibility would be serving as the host during scheduled birthday parties and ensuring each event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities would include:

Keeping parties on schedule by following planned activities Maintaining facility cleanliness throughout the event Coordinating food and drink deliveries Engaging with guests to create a fun, welcoming atmosphere Ensuring all aspects of the party flow seamlessly This is a multi site position. The shift would begin at our Central Park location from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, then continue at our New Post location from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. In cases where an additional lifeguard is needed, you would also be required to step in as a lifeguard during the party's pool time and then resume your party hosting responsibilities once pool activities conclude. If you're looking for additional time, there are also opportunities to pick up Open Swim hours.
