Head Lifeguard

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly responsible Head Lifeguard to lead our aquatic safety team and ensure a secure, enjoyable environment for all guests. As the leader of the lifeguard team, you will oversee pool operations, enforce safety protocols, and provide exceptional guest services. Your proactive approach and expert knowledge will help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming aquatic facility where everyone can enjoy their time confidently. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the lifeguard team to ensure swift and effective responses to emergencies. Enforce all safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and promote a safe swimming environment. Conduct regular pool maintenance checks, including cleaning, chemical testing, and equipment inspections to uphold health standards. Provide outstanding guest services by assisting swimmers, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Perform first aid and CPR as needed, demonstrating quick decision-making and calmness under pressure. Oversee pool cleaning tasks such as skimming debris, vacuuming, and maintaining water clarity. Train new lifeguards on safety procedures, rescue techniques, and customer service expectations. Requirements Proven experience as a lifeguard with demonstrated leadership capabilities in a supervisory role. Valid certifications in lifeguard training, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), first aid, and pool safety standards. Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform water rescues confidently. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
