As a lifeguard, you'll be part of a team committed to creating a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for guests of all ages. Whether you're scanning the lake for swimmers, helping kids feel confident in the water, or assisting with watercraft rentals, you'll play a vital role in delivering an amazing park experience. We are seeking dedicated Lifeguards to join our team. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of all guests at our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring lake activities, enforcing safety rules, and providing excellent guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. Responsibilities Monitor lake swimming areas to ensure the safety of all patrons. Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment. Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure water quality. Conduct routine checks of safety equipment and report any issues. Provide immediate first aid and CPR when necessary. Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Participate in ongoing training and drills to stay prepared for emergencies. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Experience Previous experience as a Lifeguard is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided. Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues if needed. Lifeguard, CPR & First Aid certification required; certifications must be current. Ability to lift heavy objects. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.
