Certified Lifeguard

Overview We are looking for Certified Lifeguards from May 29-31 to supervise the swimming and water activities for about 20 teens at a private family home located in Mukwonago, WI. We are hoping you will be a vital part of creating a safe, enjoyable swimming environment for all guests. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining vigilant supervision around the lake/private beach area, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed, and providing exceptional guest services. Your expertise in water safety and rescue techniques will help foster a secure atmosphere where everyone can relax and have fun.

Hours:

Friday, May 29: 3:00-9:00pm Saturday, May 30: 9am-12pm, 1pm-8pm Sunday, May 31: 9:00am-3:00pm Duties Monitor the lake/beach area continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies using certified first aid and CPR techniques Support overall pool area maintenance including heavy lifting of supplies or equipment when necessary Qualifications Valid certification as a Lifeguard from an accredited organization (e.g., American Red Cross or equivalent) Current CPR and First Aid certification with the ability to respond quickly in emergency situations Prior experience working as a lifeguard or in a similar aquatic safety role is preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks related to equipment handling Strong swimming skills with the confidence to perform rescues if needed Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
