Andalusia Animal Adventures - Andalusia, Alabama Andalusia Animal Adventures is seeking three full-time Team Members to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who are punctual, dependable, professional, hardworking, and presentable . Our guests trust us to provide an exceptional experience every day, and that starts with team members who show up on time, ready to work, and take pride in their appearance and responsibilities. Position Summary This position is primarily focused on: Customer service Facility cleaning and upkeep Organization and stocking Supporting daily operations Creating an outstanding guest experience While team members may occasionally assist with animal-related activities, this is not primarily an animal handling position . The majority of the work involves helping guests, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the facility operates smoothly. What We're Looking ForDependability We place a high value on team members who: Arrive on time, every time Maintain excellent attendance Follow through on responsibilities Can be counted on by their teammates Take ownership of their work Professionalism Applicants should: Be clean, neat, and presentable Maintain a positive attitude Communicate respectfully with guests and coworkers Represent Andalusia Animal Adventures in a professional manner Strong Work Ethic Successful team members will: Be willing to work hard throughout the day Take initiative without constant supervision Pay attention to detail Take pride in keeping the facility clean and organized Be willing to help wherever needed Responsibilities Guest Services Welcome and assist guests Answer questions and provide information Help ensure every guest has a positive experience Assist with admissions, merchandise, and general guest needs Cleaning & Facility Maintenance Clean and sanitize guest areas and animal habitats Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain facility cleanliness Clean restrooms and common areas Wash dishes, feeding equipment, and supplies Empty trash and maintain outdoor areas Complete daily cleaning assignments Operations Support Stock supplies and organize work areas Assist with opening and closing duties Support special events and daily operations Work as part of a team to keep the facility running smoothly Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must be dependable and punctual Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Customer service experience is preferred but not required Our Core Values Reliability Punctuality Professionalism Teamwork Kindness Integrity Strong Work Ethic Important Note Attendance matters.
