House Cleaner

Job Summary Valen Cleaning is seeking experienced and dependable independent or team cleaning subcontractors to provide residential cleaning services for our customers throughout the Birmingham area. As a subcontractor, you will be assigned cleaning opportunities based on your availability and service area. You will be responsible for performing high-quality cleaning services, maintaining professional communication with customers, and ensuring each home meets our company standards. This position is ideal for individuals or small cleaning companies looking to grow their business without having to spend time and money on marketing, advertising, scheduling, or finding clients. We handle customer acquisition and scheduling so you can focus on providing excellent cleaning services.

Responsibilities include:

General residential cleaning Deep cleaning services Move-in and move-out cleanings Following customer-specific requests and instructions Arriving on time and maintaining professionalism Reporting job completion and any issues that arise

Requirements:
