Home2 Suites by Hilton Guntersville (located in City Harbor) Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Seasonal Part Time Hotel Housekeeper, where your energy and attention to detail will create a welcoming and spotless environment for our guests. In this lively role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the hotel, ensuring every guest experience is comfortable and memorable. This position offers flexible hours during peak seasons, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality and cleaning services while contributing to a positive guest experience. •Must be able to work weekends• Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces by sweeping, mopping, polishing floors, and ensuring all areas are inviting and hygienic. Handle laundry duties including collecting, washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Assist with special cleaning projects like carpet care or deep cleaning tasks when required. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of daily housekeeping duties while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates. Experience in hospitality or janitorial services demonstrates a strong understanding of customer service standards and cleanliness protocols. Knowledge of safety procedures related to hotel housekeeping work ensures a safe working environment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail is essential.
